Who I work with

  • Adults with ADHD

As someone who was diagnosed later in life, I know what it feels like to finally have answers — and the mix of relief and frustration that comes with it. With ICF-accredited training and lived experience, I’ll help you create strategies that bring clarity, structure, and confidence into your everyday life.

  • First Responders and Emergency Workers

With years in frontline emergency services, I know the intensity of shift work, the adrenalin highs and lows, and the impact it has at home. Combined with professional coaching training, I bring a deep understanding of how ADHD shows up in high-pressure environments — helping you turn your drive and focus into real strengths while staying grounded.

  • Parents of ADHD Children

I’m both a coach and a dad to 2 ADHD sons. I understand the worry, the exhaustion, and the hope. Professionally, I’ve worked with families navigating complex challenges, and personally, I know what it takes to support a child while keeping the whole family afloat. Together, we’ll find tools that work for your family.

What people said about my coaching

  • “I felt safe being completely honest. Alec never judged me, and that gave me the freedom to experiment, fail, and try again until I found what works. Just the understanding that there's nothing wrong with me, and i'm just wired differently has had a huge impact in my life”

    Helen. C (NZ)

  • "Alec has been a great coach for me- even though we are at opposite ends of the Earth: him in New Zealand and myself in the UK, I'm so glad we connected. His experience as a first responder has had such an impact on my own career breakthroughs. My work can be very high pressured and stressful, and Alec's calm ability to help me see the right path has been so beneficial."

    Alan. S (UK)

  • “I thought ADHD coaching would be another thing that didn’t stick. Instead, Alec helped me see how my brain works and how to use it to my advantage. It’s been life-changing. The fact that Alec has had his own struggles and was quite honest about it, helped me trust him and open up”
