About Me
I’m Alec Asquith, late diagnosed with ADHD myself, a certified ADHD coach, father of three boys (2 with ADHD), and former firefighter, arborist, and river guide. I’ve spent my life chasing high-adrenaline challenges, from skydiving to managing teams in high-pressure environments. When the highs faded, I faced depression, anxiety, and the frustration of feeling “broken” — until I discovered I have ADHD.
ADHD isn’t a flaw. Our brains are wired differently — more like hunter-gatherers in a farmer’s world. We thrive on interest, excitement, novelty, and meaningful challenges, and when we understand how our minds work, we can turn those differences into strengths.
I coach adults with ADHD to help them understand their brains, develop practical strategies, and build lives that align with their unique strengths. My approach is supportive, structured, and rooted in lived experience — I’ve been where my clients are, and I know how powerful clarity and self-understanding can be.
If you’re ready to stop fighting your brain and start working with it, I can help you find your anchor point.
