Coaching Pathways and Investment

Building Skills for Independence

AnchorPoint ADHD Coaching is about helping you understand your unique ADHD wiring and create practical systems that truly work for you. My goal isn’t to keep you in coaching long-term — it’s to help you gain insight, strategies, and confidence so you can move forward independently. While I’m always here if you need support down the track, the ultimate aim is for you to leave feeling capable, confident, and equipped to navigate life on your own terms.

Coaching is a collaborative, non-hierarchical process — it’s not about being told what to do. Together, we explore what’s working, what’s not, and what’s possible. Through structured conversations, reflection, and experimentation, you’ll build self-awareness and develop tools that align with how your brain works. You’re the expert on your own life — my role is to guide, challenge, and support you as you discover what helps you thrive.
